Shipping and Returns
Our return policy is 14 days from when an item is purchased.
Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after this period.

Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same
condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging
with the tag and barcode.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
We do not offer exchanges on sale items.
We do not offer refunds, you will be issued store credit only. If your return does not meet these requirements we will not accept your return.

How to return/exchange items:
​
To apply for a return please email your request to
madison@trubluecountryapparel.com.au, include your order number and
items of which you wish to return/exchange. We will then email you a
return label. You are required to print this off and pay for the return
shipping costs.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send
you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We
will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved you will receive a store credit at the price of the returned item or items.
Your store credit will be sent via email in the form of a discount code which
is to be applied at checkout.
All returns/ exchanges will be processed within
5 business days of receiving.

Exchanges (if applicable)
​
We will offer you an exchange if your item is the wrong size. We will not
offer an exchange if you simply change your mind. We will only replace
items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to make a return or

Shipping
​
Our products will be shipped within 2-5 business days after your purchase
using the following carriers: StarShippit, Australia Post. You have the
option to select general or express shipping at checkout. If you would like
to return your product, please email
madison@trubluecountryapparel.com.au
We will provide you with a return label. You are required to pay for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged
product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $50, you
should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping
insurance.
We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
